What is SangoBids?

Public procurement
Who regulates public procurement in DR Congo?
In DR Congo, the ARMP (public procurement regulatory authority) regulates public procurement and settles appeals, and the DGCMP (General Directorate for Public Procurement Control) controls procedures before the award; notices are published on the ARMP portal (marche.armp-rdc.cd). SangoBids collects notices through the World Bank Procurement Notices, extracts every detail with AI and sends you targeted alerts.
Which documents do I need to bid in the DRC?
The tender dossier sets the exact list of documents. The procedures manual lists the causes of non-compliance of a bid: a bid not signed by the authorised representative, missing beneficial-owner information, no bid guarantee provided, a missing price or an uncompleted price schedule, administrative conditions not met on tax, social contributions and the regulation fee. Requirements vary with the type and value of the contract.
How does public procurement work in DR Congo?
Public procurement in DR Congo is governed by Law no. 10/010 of 27 April 2010 on public procurement, supplemented by the procedures manual (decree no. 23/12 of 3 March 2023). The ARMP regulates the system and publishes notices on its portal; the DGCMP controls procedures before the award. SangoBids automatically aggregates donor-financed contracts through the World Bank; the portal is not collected yet.
