Payment is made via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo or Orange Money). You receive a USSD push on your phone to confirm. Renewal is automatic.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The difference is prorated. You can also downgrade at the end of your billing period.
What are document checklists?
Our AI analyzes each tender and generates the complete list of required documents — administrative certificates, financial guarantees, technical references. Free users get 1 checklist per month, Verified users get 5, Pro users get 30. Pro subscribers also get access to detailed AI summaries, risk analysis, and offer drafting.
Does SangoBids cover the whole country?
Yes, we cover the entire territory (26 provinces) and aggregate tenders from official sources: Banque Mondiale.
Can I cancel my subscription?
