Where does the information on awarded contracts come from?
From the award notices published by public procurement authorities. We gather them and attach them to each tender. When a notice gives no amount, we do not make one up.
What is the difference between Business and Pro?
Business helps you decide where to commit: a Go/No-Go view on every tender, who won the awarded contracts, the buyers you follow, ten tracked tenders and a check of each of your documents. Pro adds what it takes to submit and win: your file checked against the tender and your letters pre-filled, each buyer's history, the price range of comparable contracts, introductions to partners and unlimited tracking.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. By card, the change takes effect straight away, up or down, and the amount is adjusted pro rata for the current period. With Mobile Money, the plan you choose applies to the next period you pay for.
How does payment work?
On the web you pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) through Stripe, or by Mobile Money in the countries where it is offered. In the app, the subscription goes through App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android) in-app purchase. By card and in the apps, renewal is automatic at each term and you can cancel at any time; with Mobile Money you pay for the period you choose and nothing renews without you.
What does the submission file include on each plan?
On every plan, each tracked tender has its file: the list of required documents, read from the tender file, compared with your documents, with a reminder before the deadline that says what is missing, one technical proposal free to try and one download of the file as a single PDF. Business adds 3 technical proposals a month and 10 tracked tenders. Pro adds pre-filled letters (submission letter, sworn statement), 10 proposals a month, unlimited file downloads and unlimited tracking.
Does SangoBids cover the whole country?
